As a former Drill Instructor and logistics expert, Luis has led, trained, and supported Marines in high-pressure environments around the world—skills that directly translate to coordinating volunteers, streamlining operations, and keeping the mission on track.
As a voting member of the Board of Directors, Luis plays a critical role in shaping the direction of the organization. He brings a voice of integrity, discipline, and accountability to every decision, ensuring the foundation stays true to its core mission and values. His sharp eye for logistics and operational efficiency helps maintain transparency, strategic alignment, and responsible use of resources.
