How It Works

Elite 8 partners with top-tier event organizers across the region—Veterans events, hiring events, neighborhood watch, concerts, festivals, red carpets, and more—and we provide staff through volunteer military units and families. Your unit steps in, works the event, and raises serious funds in the process.

Yes, it’s that simple:

1. Many units have completely funded their entire balls before, or at least cover most expenses.

2. We provide the event opportunity.

Leadership Roles Welcome

Unit leadership (Sergeantand above) are encouraged to take part. You’ll get a supervisory position, roam the venue, and keep an eye on your team while setting the example. It’s first come, first served—so be ready to commit only to what your unit can handle. Don’t have a Unit Leader? Elite 8 has many experienced, military veterans and event staff that can lead them.
