2. Use of Donations

• Donations will be used to support our mission of providing free or low-cost recreational events, job training, career placement, and support services for military members, veterans, and their families.
• Funds may also be used for general operational expenses necessary to sustain the foundation's programs.

3. Tax Deductibility

• Elite 8 Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
• Donors should consult their tax advisor for specific deductibility information.
• A donation receipt will be provided upon request for tax purposes.

4. Recurring Donations

• Donors opting for recurring donations authorize Elite 8 Foundation to charge the designated amount at the chosen frequency.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the charitable nature of donations, all contributions are non-refundable.
